How withdrawal works

From here you can withdraw from your order directly online: all you need is your order number and the email used for the purchase.

You will receive a verification email and, once confirmed, your request will be recorded with the date and time.

Don’t remember your order number? Log in to your account and you will find it in the “My orders” section; from there you can also start the withdrawal with one click, without typing anything and with no risk of typos.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days, subject to the specific conditions and exceptions set out in the terms of sale.
